This week saw the launch of the 2016 Aviva Community Fund and Tracey is encouraging community groups within the constituency to make their applications.
Tracey has welcomed the news that the number of people in work across the UK is at a record level, the rate of women in work is at the highest level since comparable records began, and that according to today’s figures there are 315,614more people back in work in the South East since 2010.
Tracey recently took part in the Pretty Muddy 5k Race for Life obstacle course in aid of Cancer research UK.
Tracey managed to complete the course in under 35 minutes and has exceeded her target by raising over £7,000 towards this cause, for which she is extremely grateful for.
Tracey has shown support for women affected by breast cancer by dressing up in pink and encouraging her constituents to take part in the UK’s biggest, brightest and pinkest fundraiser, wear it pink, on Friday 21 October.
Tracey's Community Defibrillator Campaign is going from strength to strength with the latest leg of the project supporting the Community Heartbeat Trust and BT in their adopt a phone box to house a defibrillator initiative.
Last year a total of 969,992 young people from every corner of the country took part in the annual UK Youth Parliament Make Your Mark ballot. The ballot decides what Members of the UK Youth Parliament should debate and vote on to be their campaign for in 2017.
