Tracey speaks during Criminal Justice Bill Debate

This week Tracey spoke in the second reading of the Criminal Justice Bill, our last before a General Election. There are some good things in the Bill but there are also some not so good things in the Bill, namely the criminalisation of rough sleepers. Tracey was one of the MPs who campaigned to get rid of the Vagrancy Act but she didn't do this only for it to be brought back in via the backdoor. Rough sleepers require a holistic package of support as their needs are often complex. Tracey took the opportunity to thank those who work on rough sleeping in our local authorities, as they are often forgotten, alongside our amazing charities.
